Founder Patricia Paisley, emigrated from Jamaica to the United States in 1982. Her arrival spawned a deep-rooted love for and appreciation of the elderly. Patricia pursued a career in nursing and home health care, receiving membership in the SEIU Local 285. For the past thirty years, Patricia, has experienced working with and taking care of the elderly in various capacities. Through the interactions, she derived a wonderful feeling of fulfillment and this is what propelled her to establish her own home health care business, PCP Extraordinary Home Care.
